In this position you will build in-house capabilities for automation and digitalization initiatives; to establish and maintain an efficient, effective, compliant and sustainable global Pharmaceutical Quality System.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that global QC computerized systems are implemented and maintained under validation control.
- Conduct projects for roll-out of new systems and system changes. Act as business project manager in such projects on a global basis.
- Drive standardization of underlying business processes across the Lonza organization.
- Act as the liaison between IT and the lab systems user community and actively participate in the collection and formulation of user requirements for lab systems.
- Act as project QA for QC lab systems projects.
- Ensure the validation document packages are up to date and managed in an efficient and effective way, making use of the internal regulations and the defined risk-based approach.
- Consult the Global Information Quality on all topics relevant to the systems.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor / Master level or equivalent qualification in Computer Science and / or Pharmaceutical Quality sciences.
- Experience with execution and coordination of validation projects relating to GMP processes.
- Knowledge of GMP requirements for the validation of computer systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical understanding and quality mindset
- Demonstration of good problem solving abilities / techniques applied to a project.
- Fluent in English, other languages are an asset.
- Highly interested working in a global, GMP regulated manufacturing and laboratory environment.
