Quality Assurance Manager

We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of excipients and other direct materials, managing deviations, and collaborating with various departments to maintain inspection readiness.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • QA Release of excipients and other direct materials.
  • Evaluation and assessment of change records.
  • Review and approval of relevant GMP documents.
  • Management and approval of OOS results, deviations, and CAPA.
  • Review and approval of risk assessments within the area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) personnel and other departments to ensure a constant state of inspection readiness by identifying, escalating, and resolving compliance risks.

Must Haves:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences, with preferably 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, with additional experience in quality control being preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and Quality requirements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing in German (C2) and English (C1).
