Job Summary

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Bereich Quality Assurance suchen wir Sie als Quality Assurance Manager - Medical für unseren Flex-Standort in Hägglingen / AG.

In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an den Quality Engineering Manager - Medical und sind mit der Führung der Qualitätskontrolle und des Qualitätslabors beauftragt und beinhaltet beide Standorte, sowohl Hägglingen als auch Küssnacht an der Rigi. Sie entwickeln, implementieren und koordinieren Produktsicherungsprogramme, um Defekte zu verhindern oder zu beheben.

So sieht ein typischer Tag aus:

- Personelle Führung der Qualitätsprüfung und des Qualitätslabors inkl. Personalplanung, Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitenden, Leistungsbeurteilungen, Schicht
- und Ferienplanungen, Schulungen und GMP-gerechtes Verhalten;
- Sicherstellung der vorschriftsgemässen Durchführung und GMP-gerechten Protokollierung von Prüfungen (Inprozess, Freigabe, Wareneingang), sowie Sicherstellen der vorschriftsgemässen Archivierung von Rückstellmustern (Erfassung, Lagerung, Disposition);
- Erstellen, Ändern und Schulen von Dokumenten (Prüf-, Arbeitsanweisungen, etc.);
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Abweichungsmeldungen, sowie Unterhalt des Reinraum-Monitoringsystems inkl. Reporting;
- Evaluation, Beschaffung von Prüf
- und Messmitteln (Mitarbeit oder Lead);
- Überwachung von Prüf
- und Messmitteln (Kalibrierung, Wartung) inkl. Sicherstellung deren Verfügbarkeit und Umsetzung der Anforderungen der Qualitätsnormen ISO 9001, 13485, 14001 und Arbeitssicherheit;
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit anderen Abteilungen;
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten, z.B. der Evaluierung neuer IT-Systeme, bei Kundenprojekten und im Bereich Change Control;
- Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems, sowie Teilnahme an internen Audits durch Behörden und Kunden.

Die Erfahrung, mit der wir unser Team verstärken wollen:

- Fundierte technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Qualitätsbereich, sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung auf den Gebieten Qualitätssicherung, vorzugsweise mit Führungserfahrung;
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Medizintechnikbranche (ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, cGMP, cGDP);
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, etc.);
- Analytisches Denken, rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie exakte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, Organisationstalent, Sozialkompetenz, natürliches Durchsetzungsvermögen;
- PKW Führerschein und Bereitschaft zur sporadischen Reisetätigkeit innerhalb der Schweiz max. 10 %.
