Als Preferred Supplier für Roche Basel in suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

**Quality Assurance Manager**:
(Jahresvertrag mit Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung bei gegenseitigem Einverständnis) mit Startdatum innerhalb von einem Monat. Home Office: Möglich, Onsite Arbeit ist erforderlich.

**AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG**:

- End-to-end Quality Oversight über die GMP-Compliance aller Anlagen & Systeme im zugewiesenen Zuständigkeitsbereich insbesondere in Bezug auf Commissioning & Qualification, CSV, Kalibrierung, Wartung und Data Integriy.
- Quality Review und Freigabe von GMP-Records aus den jeweiligen Quality Systems (SOPs, Risikoanalysen, Change Control, Abweichungen, Qualifizierungsdokumente, etc.).
- Quality Oversight als Teammitglied bei technischen Investitionsprojekten, bei Root Cause Analysen, bei technischen Risikoanalysen und Verbesserungsprojekten.
- Eigenverantwortliche Identifizierung und Aufarbeitung von GMP-Risiken.
- Präsentation von Themen bei Behördeninspektionen und internen Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Regulatory Submissions.- Proaktive Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung des Chapters zum Self-Managed Team von 12-15 QA Managern.- Proaktive Förderung des gegenseitigen Austauschs über die fünf Quality Chapter am Standort hinweg zur fachlichen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung der Quality Unit.- Engagierte Impulse zur Harmonisierung von Abläufen und zu “One Quality Voice”.- Stetige Beiträge zur Verbesserung und Vereinfachung von GMP-relevanten Abläufen am Standort und im- Produktionsnetzwerk von Roche im Teamwork mit Kollegen verschiedenster Abteilungen.

**ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences oder Engineering bevorzugt im Bereich Biotechnologie
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen der Pharmabranche (Herstellung von Arzneimitteln) bevorzugt mit einem hohen Automationsgrad (Nutzung LIMS, MES)
- Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit den Elementen des Pharma Qualitätsmanagementsystems und im Stande eine proaktive Quality Oversight Rolle in interdisziplinären Teams einzunehmen
- Erfahrung in GMP-konformen Inbetriebnahme neuer Anlagen & Systeme (API, biotechn. Produktionsanlagen bzw. von Standardgeräten) und Erfolge bei komplexen Herausforderungen
- Erfahrung und entsprechende Routine als Facilitator von technischen Root Cause Analysen bei komplexen Abweichungen, sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Inspektoren.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit IT Office Applikationen (z.B. Google Drive)
- Erfahrung mit IT Systemen im Pharmaumfeld (z.B. TrackWise, Veeva, SAP, Documentum, LIMS, MES, etc vV)
- Herausragende Kooperations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Fähigkeit Schnittstellenpartner auf allen Ebenen der Organisation zu begeistern und zu überzeugen
- Eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift werden vorausgesetzt
