DuPont **Water & Protection** is seeking an **EMEA Regional Sales Leader (RSL) **for its **Typar® **business unit. The RSL will serve as a champion for the business to ensure the ongoing service of existing customers while driving to capture new market and business development opportunities. The position is responsible for a significant revenue base, offers a diverse set of business experiences and enables the development of strategic customer relationships across our Typar® product portfolio. Currently, the role has five (5) Account Managers as direct reports with an additional 6 sales professionals that support the EMEA Typar® business across the region.
**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Driving the growth of Typar® solutions across numerous markets in EMEA
- Ensuring global sales best practices are utilized and leveraged across the organization
- Supporting the development of C-Suite and Customer Account Strategies
- Fosters a Commercial Excellence mind-set across the global organization
- Manages the opportunity pipeline to achieve targeted growth objectives
- Partners with other RSLs to align on the strategic goals of the enterprise
- Building strategic relationships at key accounts
- Identifies and drives opportunities to maximize revenue, profit, and cash management
- Collaborates and networks with other W&P Regional Sales Leaders
- Establishes key strategic relationships with the Global Business and Marketing Managers
- Ensures the ongoing and consistent adherence to all DuPont Core Values
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in sales
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business
- Experience in landscape/gardening, filtration, construction and/or civils and geotêxtiles would be considered an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to network, build strong relationships with the C-suite and key industry/market influencers
- Experience leading and influencing large teams/projects while accomplishing defined goals/objectives
- Demonstrated ability to understand the needs of customers and the development of solutions to satisfy/retain end-users
- Strong desire to exceed results by exercising sales leadership/influence, taking initiative, overcoming obstacles and finding creative solutions
- Ability to interact at multiple levels within the customer’s organization inclusive of senior leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, collaborator, strategic-thinker and a consistent demonstrated behavior of being highly motivated
- Minimum 35% travel
