Pour un client, société dans la région de **Bienne** nous cherchons:
**Customer Care Manager H/F**

**Votre Mission**:

- Gestion du système Service cloud Sales Force en veillant à ce que toutes les demandes, plaintes, etc. des clients soient traitées dans les délais prévus.
- Mise en œuvre et définition des objectifs et des normes de service, ainsi que leur développement.
- Leadership et développement de l'équipe du service clientèle.
- Gérer et soutenir l'équipe du service clientèle dans ses tâches quotidiennes. Développer des KPI de performance et fixer des objectifs mesurables à atteindre par le département.
- Coordination avec le directeur de la marque, le directeur de la vente au détail, le directeur du commerce électronique et le directeur des ventes pour garantir la satisfaction des besoins des clients.
- Analyse et traitement des cas après-vente (échanges / réparations / offres / devis) pour Swatch et Flik Flak.
- Analyse des statistiques et création du plan d'action qui en découle.
- Évaluer le niveau de satisfaction des clients et fixer des objectifs pour maintenir un niveau optimal de satisfaction des clients.
- Collaboration avec l'équipe CS de Swatch HQ.

**Votre Profil**:

- Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans le service à la clientèle ou le commerce de détail ainsi qu'une expérience dans la gestion du personnel.
- Expérience pratique des logiciels, bases de données et outils de service à la clientèle.
- Vous avez une excellente attention aux détails et la capacité de gérer vos priorités en fonction des besoins de l'entreprise.
- Vous disposez de solides compétences en matière de communication avec les clients et d'une approche ouverte et orientée vers le client.
- Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités de communication et vous parlez couramment l'allemand et le français (à l'écrit et à l'oral).
- Vous êtes également capable de parler couramment l'anglais.
