Die vereinbarte Servicequalität sowie die rechtzeitige proaktive Kommunikation und Eskalation bei Problemen, liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung. Das heisst: Dein Team stellt eine optimale Customer Experience sicher.

Führen des technischen Kundendienstes mit über 25 Mitarbeitenden (Servicetechnikern, Diagnostikern, Case Managern) in den Märkten Schweiz, Österreich sowie Benelux

Unterstützung der Serviceorganisation der internationalen Wiederverkäufer

Aufbau des Case Management Teams

Unterstützung und Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Abteilungen z.B. Produkt Management, 2nd Level Organisation; sowie Lieferanten

Personalplanung, Personal Aus
- und Weiterbildung

Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Kundendienstprozesse

Techniker oder Ingenieur mit Erfahrung im internationalen Customer Service Bereich

Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Werkzeugmaschinenindustrie von Vorteil

Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

Macherqualitäten

20% Reisetätigkeit

Gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
