An exciting opportunity exists for a

Ground Handling professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand “Explora Journeys”

to support ground handling operations, including pre and post hotel reservations, terminal operations, luggage handling and coordination of Turnaround Operations in our worldwide destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree,
- 5 years of experience in a similar position;
- Proven knowledge of logístical and operational processes moving large number of guests on Turnaround operations;
- Experience in terminal operations;
- Outstanding customer service;
- Ability to prioritize;
- Experience of handling complains through to resolution;
- Team Player;
- Ability to work in a timely manner to meet deadlines;
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Assistance in setting up ground handling operations - product development (hotel pre and post packages, transfers, luggage handling) and engagement in terminal operations;
- Establishing relationships with Ground Handlers and contracting procedures;
- Negotiation with suppliers following their performance striving to reduce costs;
- Administrative task including inventory management, and maintenance of information on the different systems;
- Perform site inspections \/ participation in Embarkation\/ Debarkation operations in areas of responsibility.

- Right to work in Switzerland.
