- For our office in Zurich, we are looking for a passionate**Chocolate Academy Manager 100%**
- Immediately or upon agreement**About the role**Key responsibilities will include**
- Testing Barry Callebaut products, developing new recipes, improving existing ones
- Preparation of fairs & events (customer, management, corporate)
- Teaching and developing workshops and courses
- Co-creating with R&D on potential new products being an Ambassador of the company brands and values
- Promoting and organizing events with distributors, direct customers in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing team
- Effectively manage and lead the Chocolate Academy team. Improve their abilities and know-how with trainings and seminars.
- Active planning and supporting the Chocolate Academy course calendar

**About you**
- Formed Pastry Chef with specialization in Chocolate and Pastry
- At least 3 years of experience in chocolate segment/industry, with great level of fundamentals on Swiss Chocolate
- Excellent communication skills on giving classes and presentations
- Being the senior technical advisor for chefs with outstanding know-how on chocolate
- Creative mindset, with strong ability to “think
- out-of the box” for the creation of new & seasonal concepts
- German and English are mandatory and 1 local language French or Italian
- Travel: approximately 10% of national and international travel activities
