- AMAG Services AG ist ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen der AMAG-Gruppe, welches in verschiedenen Bereichen der Mobilität tätig ist. Dazu gehören Autovermietung, Valet Parking, Limousinen-Service, Carsharing und Parkhäuser. An über 90 Standorten sorgen rund 600 Mitarbeitende täglich dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden eine kompetente Beratung und einen Topservice geniessen können.- Zur Unterstützung unserer Europcar-Mietwagen-Station Zürich Brunaupark, suchen wir per sofort eine/-n kundenorientierte/-n Customer Sales Representative 60% im Stundenlohn.Was du bei uns bewegen kannst
- Du beratest mehrsprachig am Schalter oder telefonisch unsere Kundschaft, zudem erledigst du schriftliche Korrespondenz
- Du nimmst Reservationen entgegen, erstellst Mietverträge und rechnest sie ab
- Du erklärst der Kundschaft die Fahrzeuge und deren Ausstattung bei der Abgabe
- Du hilfst zusätzlich bei der Reinigung und Aufbereitung der Mietfahrzeuge

Das bringst du mit
- Freude und Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt sowie sicher im Umgang mit MS 365
- Stilsicheres Deutsch (mündlich / schriftlich) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
- Gültiger Fahrausweis der Kategorie B
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Arbeitszeiten, **der Fokus liegt beim Wochenende**:

- Du bist zuverlässig, belastbar und arbeitest gerne selbständig
