Wir suchen für unsere Mandantin mit Standort **St. Galler Rheintal**, qualifizierte, motivierte und engagierte Mitarbeitende, die nicht nur über die notwendigen Kompetenzen verfügen, sondern diese auch anzuwenden wissen?

**CUSTOMER SUPPORT / VERKAUFSINNENDIENST 100%**:
**Aufgaben**
- Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
- Verantwortlich für die gesamte Auftragsentwicklung von Bestellung bis Rechnungsstellung und falls notwendig Erstellung der Exportdokumente
- Unterstützung für den Verkaufsaussendienst
- Mitarbeit in Reklamationsfällen und deren nachhaltige Lösungsfindung
- Stammdatenerfassung
- Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben

**Profil**
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und weisen eine gute Affinität zu IT-Systemen auf
- Ihre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Schnittstellenfunktion, im Idealfall mit Kenntnis im Exportwesen, wenden Sie gerne im Alltag an
- Sie kommunizieren in Deutsch und setzen auch Ihr gutes Französisch und Englisch gerne ein
- Ihre kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit verstärkt Ihre Kunden
- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
