**Zusammenfassung der Position
Der/die **Operational Manager/Sales Manager **agiert als Nespresso Business Developer für alle POSs, Boutique und Facilitator für die Maschinenpartner in ihrer Region.
In dieser Funktion sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, das Netzwerk Ihrer Stakeholder zu pflegen und auszubauen und einen optimalen Nespresso Markenauftritt zu gewährleisten.
Sie werden ein Team bis zu 10 Persone aufbauen, führen und weiterentwickeln.
**Ein Tag im Leben eines B2C Operational Manager / Sales Manager
**Regionales Business-Management
- Umsetzten der Strategie und klarer Jahresziele für Ihr Gebiet, basierend auf dem Marktpotenzial, dem Nespresso Operational Plan und Ihren Kenntnissen der Region
- Sicherstellen eines zeitnahen und präzisen Budgetmanagements
- Gewährleisten der Beziehung zu internen Schlüsselakteuren (z.B. KAM, Marketing, Trade Training, B2B etc.) und externen Einflussnehmern in der Region im Hinblick auf Neukundengewinnung und Geschäftsentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
- Beobachten des Wettbewerbs und Erstellen von Zusammenfassungen über die Aktivitäten der Mitbewerber in Ihrer Region
**Handels
- und Maschinenpartner
- Pflege und Ausbau der Beziehungen zu den derzeitigen und zukünftigen Partnern, um der Lieferant der Wahl für das Erlebnis «Kaffee» zu werden und zu bleiben
- Planung und Nachverfolgung von Aktivitäten mit POSs, um die regionale Strategie um einen optimalen Return on Investment zu erzielen
- Optimierung der Sichtbarkeit mit Relevanz sowie Umsetzung der globalen Kommunikationskonzepte durch die Einzelhandelsgeschäfte unter Verwendung der spezifischen Tools (Corner, permanentes Material, gesamter «Path to Purchase», temporäres Material, regelmässiges Regal
- und Kategorie-Management)
**Personalmanagement
- Management der Nespresso Mitarbeiter bis zu 10 Personen (direkt und über Agenturen) einschliesslich HR-Zyklus (PDP, Talent
- Management) für direkt Unterstellte
- Rekrutierung, Entwicklung und Motivation des Nespresso Personals

- Mindestens Bachelor oder Abschluss einer Fachschule
- Erfolgreicher Track-Record mit mindestens 2 Jahren Erfahrung im Sales oder Marketing
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungs
- und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Starkes unternehmerisches Denken und Leadership Kompetenzen
- Ausgezeichneter Kommunikationsstil in Wort und Schrift
- Muttersprache (Schweizer-) Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch ist von Vorteil
