**HR Leader GCSO & JBD**

**Location: Allschwil, Switzerland**

**Contract: Full Time**

**Johnson and Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals **has immediate opening for **HR Leader GCSO & JBD **which will be based in **Allschwil, Switzerland.**

**Overall, Purpose of this Job**:
This Professional will actively support business leaders to drive the talent agenda to enable business results through Coaching, Talent Management, Organizational Design, Change Management, and Business Partnering. They will address complex organizational challenges by providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the HR work for the assigned client groups within their team and ensuring the delivery of an integrated HR strategy for their respective client organization by establishing priorities, aligning resources, and enabling high quality execution through COE partners.

**The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have**:

- Responsibility and accountability for overall HR activities, strategy and planning for the assigned client groups within GCSO/JBD organization.
- Deploy global/standardized HR strategy in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Partner with the Global or Cross Sector Function leaders to shape define culture, Credo, employee engagement, change initiatives and implementation plans.
- Work directly with client groups to identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis, and develop and implement buy/build strategies.
- Access and derive insights on talent analytics to inform talent strategies.
- Lead HR initiatives related to the Allschwil site ensuring harmonization and uniform implementation of HR governance and policies at site in partnership with GS, HR Legal and ER/LR e.g. cross-border regulations, remote working, employee benefits etc.
- HR leadership on the site based crisis management team (CMT) as per need.
- Other site related responsibilities including, but not limited to, strategy execution on employee engagement, campus investments, change management, site audits and inspections, etc.

**Required**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 8 + years professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or HR related experience.
- Experience in coaching senior leaders.
- Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
- Has experience managing, planning, and implementing projects and business support initiatives.
- Relationship management and collaboration skills.
- Influence, shaping solutions negotiation and partnership skills.
- Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative and facilitation skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Fluent in French or German would be an advantage.
