Afin de soutenir le management du département Vente & Marketing, nous recherchons un/e Business Controller pour rejoindre l’équipe Finance et Projets qui y est rattachée. Vous aurez la charge de l’élaboration des reportings de vente et les analyserez afin de proposer des mesures capables d’optimiser les performances commerciales de la compagnie, tout en ayant conscience des enjeux et de l’activité commerciale des différents canaux de distribution des solutions de la compagnie.
**Les principales missions qui vous attendent**:
- Identifier des KPI pertinents
- Créer et entretenir les tableaux de bord de l’activité commerciale
- Réaliser des analyses approfondies sur les performances, les potentiels de croissance, l’amélioration de rentabilité et l’efficience
- Proposer des mesures pour optimiser la performance financière afin de s’assurer que les investissements et ressources soient utilisés de manière optimale
- Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus de l’ensemble du département Vente et Marketing
- Contribuer à la gestion des risques : identifier les risques financiers, opérationnels et stratégiques auxquels le département est confronté, élaborer des plans de mitigation et assurer le suivi de ces derniers
- Gérer et participer à des projets stratégiques du département
**Ce qui vous rend unique**:
- Formation supérieure en économie, gestion, contrôle de gestion, business développement
- Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire d’au moins 10 ans
- Expérience dans le domaine des assurances ou des banques un atout
- Parfaite maîtrise d'Excel et expérience confirmée dans l’utilisation de base de données
- Langue maternelle française, très bonnes connaissances d’allemand (min. C1)
De plus, vous avez un fort intérêt pour l’activité commerciale d’une compagnie d’assurance, vous possédez d’excellentes compétences analytiques ainsi qu’un esprit de synthèse affuté. Vous communiquez efficacement les résultats et analyses et vous travaillez de manière autonome, précise et rigoureuse. Finalement, vous comprenez les impacts financiers liés à des problèmes techniques et vous vous adaptez rapidement au changement.
