**Refléter et qualifier l’activité économique d’une banque universelle**
Rattaché au département Contrôle de gestion, le secteur Business Controlling est en charge de la mesure, de l’analyse et du reporting de la performance économique pour l’ensemble des métiers de la BCV. Dans ce secteur, le service Systèmes et données controlling assure la mise en œuvre des outils IT dédiés au suivi de la performance et contribue aux travaux d’analyse.

**Business controller - environnement décisionnel**
**Vos missions principales**:
- analyser et répondre aux besoins des métiers sur les indicateurs de performance commerciale et de cross-selling,
- supporter les besoins en analyses du département en les traduisant dans une vision technique exploitable et par la mise en place d'environnements analytiques supportant la compréhension fine de la performance de la Banque et de ses métiers
- être l'interlocuteur des métiers quant à l'information controlling, aussi bien d’un point de vue technique que business,
- coordonner et contrôler la chaîne de production de différents systèmes de reportings internes, des sources de données jusqu’aux livrables finaux, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes IT de la Banque,
- contribuer à la conduite du service en assurant la suppléance du responsable du service.
**Votre profil**:
- formation en informatique (HES / ingénieur EPF ou équivalent)
- première expérience (plus de 5 ans), idéalement en environnement bancaire,
- connaissances confirmées et pratiques:
- des bases de données et ETL, idéalement SQL Server (yc SSIS) et Oracle
- des outils d’interrogation / manipulation de données / reporting (Toad, SQL)
- des outils bureautiques (Excel, Access, VBA)
- connaissances approfondies de Tableau Desktop (ou forte motivation à se développer dans ce domaine) afin d’explorer et visualiser les données,
- forte capacité à comprendre les spécificités des métiers,
- ouvert, rigoureux, autonome, doté de bonnes capacités organisationnelles et d’esprit d’équipe parfaite maitrise du français
