Financial Controller

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide the top management with detailed financial analysis, excellent business insight, scenario planning & Business Performance reporting to support sound decision making and help reaching the company’s objectives.
- Partner on key projects within the organization
- Financial Analysis (50%), Financial Systems (30%), Process and Compliance (20%)
- Variance cost analysis
- Participate in the production and analysis of forecasts for revenue and margin
- Participate in the budget and forecasting process
- Analyze business results and provide value-added insights to Management on variances versus budget and forecast
- ERP project
- Standardize and automate existing reports, metrics and dashboards
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in a Finance / Accounting function (i.e. Business Controlling / Audit / Sales controller)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Have the affinity to create, review and improve business processes independently
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBI / Power Query is a plus
- Good communication skill and ability to explain data and financial analysis
- Team player with ability to function well independently when appropriate
- Conversational French a plus
- Self-motivated, results focused.
