Prends part à l’aventure Mazars et rejoins notre équipe à Genève ou Lausanne comme Financial Controller au sein de notre département Outsourcing (date d’entrée à définir).
Tu auras un rôle clé en tant que soutien dans la planification et le suivi financier de notre département ainsi que certains projets et clients. Ta mission : participer à l’élaboration des prévisions budgétaires, mettre en place et réaliser des procédures de contrôle, assistance à la prise de décision. En parallèle de tes responsabilités internes, tu pourras être amené à apporter ton expertise à des projets clients.
Ta mission
- Superviser, analyser et optimiser les processus budgétaires, financiers et opérationnels du département pour contribuer à sa bonne performance.
- Aider le management du département dans la prise de décisions en matière de gestion et de stratégie financière.
- Exercer un contrôle permanent sur les budgets du département, élaborer des prévisions et développer les outils nécessaires au suivi des résultats (tableaux de bord, indicateurs, analyses ad-hoc).
- Participer à la définition des objectifs spécifiques pour les différents métiers/teams, et établir un plan d'action en collaboration avec les responsables opérationnels.
- Contribuer au développement de l'entreprise en fournissant un support analytique à la région Romande, sur des projets ainsi que selon les besoins aux fonctions transverses.
- Créer et gérer des bases de données et tableaux de bord pour le contrôle des résultats, incluant des indicateurs clés tels que la production, l'activité commerciale, les TEC et la rentabilité projets et des investissements.
- Analyser les écarts entre les prévisions et la réalité, remonter les informations pertinentes au management du département, et préconiser des solutions pour adresser les opportunités ou difficultés rencontrées.
Ton profil
- Tu es au bénéfice d’une première expérience dans un poste similaire (min. 2 ans).
- Tu disposes de très bonnes compétences en anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit).
- Tu maîtrises les outils informatiques usuels (Excel, PowerBI, MS365). La connaissance de plusieurs logiciels comptables est un plus.
- Tu souhaites travailler dans un environnement dynamique et tourné sur l’entreprenariat.
- Tu possèdes un excellent sens relationnel et tu fais preuve de flexibilité.
- Tu es force de proposition et disposes d’un esprit d’analyse.
