**Deine Verantwortung**:
- Mitarbeit in Entwicklungs
- sowie Leitung von Beschaffungsprojekten
- Führung des Einkaufteams (fachlich und personell) und stellvertretende Leitung vom SCM
- Lieferantenmanagement
- Verhandlung von Beschaffungsverträgen und weiteren Vereinbarungen mit Lieferanten
- Führen von Preis
- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Prozessmanagement
- Risikomanagement
- Ausrichtung des Einkauf
- und Supply Chain Systems auf zukünftige Herausforderungen
- Weiterentwicklung der Einkaufsstrategie
**Deine Skills**:
- Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung mit Fachausweis im Einkauf oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, vorzugsweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Sie haben starke Führungsqualitäten, inklusive Organisationsentwicklung, Mentoring, Leitung von Veränderungsprozessen und Motivierung von Mitarbeitern
- Sie besitzen hervorragende Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, ein strategisches und analytisches Denken, sowie faktenbasierte Entscheidungsfähigkeiten und starke Umsetzungsfähigkeiten
- Sie haben eine unternehmerische Denkweise und kennen sich aus im Management von Geschäftsprozessen
- Sie haben ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, sowie eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit
- Sie sind stark im Umgang mit Komplexität in Prozessen, Instrumenten und Abhängigkeiten
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
