Au sein du Département P&C, et afin de renforcer la division principale Produits & Souscription dans un environnement dynamique et en pleine croissance, nous recherchons un/e Product Manager P&C entre 80-100%, basé à Lausanne.

**Les missions qui vous attendent**:

- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions d’assurances dans les branches choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
- Assurer une veille du marché
- Participer activement aux projets de développement des produits d’assurances et de transformation digitale
- Assurer le suivi des indicateurs clés de performance du portefeuille d’assurances
- Collaborer activement à définition et la mise en œuvre de la stratégie produits pour les assurances choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
- Soutenir le management de la division par des analyses approfondies sur les potentiels de croissance et d’amélioration de la rentabilité

**Votre profil**:

- Brevet fédéral en assurances ou titre jugé équivalent
- Expérience confirmée dans le domaine des assurances choses, RC et véhicules à moteur
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets
- Excellentes capacités de compréhension, de conception et d’analyse
- Maîtrise du français ou de l’allemand, avec de bonnes connaissances dans l’autre langue, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (min. niveau B2), l’anglais un atout
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
