**About the role**
- In this exciting commercial role you will partner with Sales teams across the Globe to create new business and ultimately grow the customer‘s business thanks to added value solutions and products.**Key responsibilities include**
- You work in an indirect sales model with our top export countries and also develop direct customer relationships in other countries
- You co-develop and execute an account plan for the key customers together with Sales and visit distributors and key-account customers on a regular basis, together with the local Account Managers.
- You coordinate with the local sales teams to agree on the forecast, price lists, discount & annual rebates structure, and also support with delivery problems and documentation issues
- You contribute to the design & execute the strategic business plan for the CARMA brand
- As you are in the market on a day-to-day basis, you report back relevant segment and portfolio insights to the Marketing manager of BC Schweiz.
- You organize internal and external trainings and workshops
- You contribute to the pricing positioning of CARMA in the respective area
- Travel up to 40%

**About you**
- Master’s degree in Business/Economics or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing environment
- result - driven, a proven self-starter with an entrepreneurial hunter mind-set
- good understanding of the FMCG world, within Sales, Marketing or Innovation
- passion for chocolate
- fluent in German and English - any additional language a plus
- manage projects and gain results by influencing internal and external stakeholders
- As a genuine team player and a networker, you “connect the dots”. You are able to facilitate and motivate a cross functional, internal and external team to deliver innovative business results.-
