**What you’ll do**

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for ensuring patients access to our products in individual cases. You’ll be making a difference to patient’s lives every day.

**Main tasks**
- Develop compelling value messages in collaboration with local interdisciplinary teams to engage with health insurance companies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize and streamline processes. This includes exploring digital tools, establishing framework agreements, and improving internal processes.
- Provide valuable input on the development of the regulatory framework to ensure its efficiency.
- Engage with insurance companies to establish disease-related partnerships and contribute to discussions on political topics related to healthcare.
- Document, analyze, and report on reimbursement requests, while efficiently managing invoices based on various pricing models.

**Profile**

We need a proactive, analytic, and empathetic individual who excels in communication and partnership. The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain diligence is essential.
- 1+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry on any position and curiosity about the market access and reimbursement topics
- University degree in pharmacy, medicine, natural sciences or economics
- Strong project management skills to successfully navigate complex reimbursement initiatives
- Proficiency in understanding clinical studies and translating them into impactful value messages
- Experience in evidence-based medicine and health technology assessment, enabling informed decision-making
- Proficiency in German and English - a must
- Knowledge of French is encouraged
