Job Description

Main tasks
  1. Supports management of Group Insurance programs together with Head Risk Management
  2. Administration of group insurance programs, including captive vis-à-vis insurers, Group companies and broker
Working withInternal
  1. Head Risk Management
  2. Local insurance responsibles, local Controllers
  3. Head Finance Central Services
  4. Group Controlling
External
  1. Insurance companies
  2. Insurance brokers
QualificationsEducation
  1. University, FH, or comparable education in finance, business, economics or administration
  2. Additional training in insurance environment would be an asset
  3. Business fluent in German and English (oral and written), other languages an asset
Experience
  1. Experience in working in administrative matters in an industrial/manufacturing or insurance environment
  2. Experience in insurance matters preferred, suitable candidates without experience will receive solid on-the-job training
Skills
  1. Ability to work autonomously
  2. Strong analytical skills, precise working style
  3. Solid user knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel will play a pivotal role
  4. Focus on understanding business requirements
