**Additional Information**:This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, SV (Schweiz) AG. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

**JOB SUMMARY**
- Management of the entire F&B team, as well as organization of the operational processes within F&B.
- Quality control in cooperation with all operational departments.
- Monitoring and compliance with budget targets, as well as control and analysis of costs in relation to revenue.
- Consistent implementation of Marriott and SV standards.
- Preparation of the annual budget with regular follow-up and consistent implementation.
- Pricing in the F&B area.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Completed professional apprenticeship or comparable training in the hotel / catering industry.
- Sound professional experience as F&B Director in the DACH region, as well - as first experience in the chain hotel industry.
- Sound experience in the common EDP systems (Opera, PMS, cash register, MS Office).
- Leadership experience, as well as a strong sales talent.
- Very good language skills in German and English.
- Understanding of budget and numbers.
