Wir unterstützen eine führende Schweizer Industriegruppe in der Suche und Auswahl des Strategic Sales Director Europe.
Aufgaben
Der Sales Director betreut gruppenweit die Grosshandels
- und Schlüsselkunden und verantwortet mit den jeweiligen Geschäftsführern der internationalen Landes-Gesellschaften die Erreichung der Umsatzziele und die nachhaltige Ausschöpfung des Marktpotentials.
Im Wesentlichen gilt es folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungen wahrzunehmen:
- Strategische und operative Betreuung der Schlüsselkunden in Europa (b-to-b) in Abstimmung mit den Landes-Gesellschaften (Matrix)
- Planung und Erreichung der kurz
- und langfristigen Umsatz-, Kosten
- und DB-Ziele
- Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Strategie
- und Jahresgesprächen, Konditionsvereinbarungen und Realisierung von übergeordneten Projekten
- Koordination, Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von gruppenweiten Vereinbarungen und enger Austausch mit den Geschäftsführern und Vertriebsleitern der lokalen Landesgesellschaften
- Systematische Pflege relevanter Kunden
- und Wettbewerbsinformationen
- Weiterentwicklung länderübergreifender Konzepte, Themen und Projekte in den Bereichen DIY und E-Commerce
Qualifikation
Wir wenden uns an eine gut strukturierte, strategisch denkende und unternehmerisch wirkende Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgezeichnetem Verhandlungsgeschick und Leistungsnachweis in der Bauzulieferindustrie und erwarten:
- Technische und/oder betriebswirtschaftliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung (FH/UNI/ETH)
- Ausgezeichneter Leistungsnachweis in Europa in vertriebsorientierter Schlüsselfunktion (KAM, Sales Manager, BU Head o.ä.) mit Umsatzverantwortung über 300 Mio.
- Sehr gute Marktkenntnisse der europäischen Bauzuliefer-Industrie
- Ausgeprägte Unternehmer-Persönlichkeit mit soliden strategischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssicherheit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
