To support the growth of our global client, we are looking for a Sales Director (F/M) to set up and develop business activities in Switzerland.

Main responsibilities of this entrepreneurial talent will be to be a fantastic business development as well as a farmer:
Develop new business and build a portfolio of new clients with the Swiss market

Ignite and conduct meetings with key agency and brand decision-makers

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention

Act as a client advocate at all times

Own the sales cycle - from lead generation, closure, and renewal.

Collaborate with account management and trading teams to upsell clients

Be present and in touch with clients on regular basis

**Your background and range of skills**:
8/10+ years of experience within an actor of the online advertising sector. It could be an ad agency, publisher, ad network, ad exchange or ad server

Established relationships with advertising agencies and brands in Switzerland a must

Both solution oriented and strong negotiation skills

Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player

Self-starter - ability to self-motivate and establish new business even if you are also part of a global group #global

Exceptional organization, presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written

Capable to maintain an up-to-date Salesforce profile

You speak English and French and/or German
