Group Tax Expert
Aufgaben
As Tax Specialist in the Lead Build up the Tax Accounting competence with standardized processes and development of tools for tax accounting and reporting / Work closely with Tax & Legal, Transfer Pricing and VAT / Build up the reporting processes for the Bank's tax consolidation, country reporting and reporting for global minimum taxation / Lead the IFRS tax consolidation processes / Review tax positions of current and deferred taxes and advise local teams on the various IFRS financial statements / Support the teams in the banking group on tax accounting issues and compliance with tax reporting guidelines / Support the audit firm on the financial audit of the consolidated financial statements as well as the financial statements at the subsidiaries / Participate in complex and multidisciplinary projects; Lead and coordination tasks / Presentations and ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
Degree in economics, finance or accounting / Specialization in taxation / Professional experience in the field of tax accounting in auditing, at an international bank or insurance company / Knowledge of BEPS 2.0 Pillar II regulation / Knowledge of banking processes and banking structures / Analytical skills and precise way of working / High level of independence in a dynamic environment / Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, assess things / Confident judgment / Skilled communication / Personality traits: integrity, initiative, team player / IT skills: Oracle, SAP or similar systems as well as software for tax accounting / Dexterous in MS-Office, incl. Excel / German and English.
