**Position Summary**

As the “Global Strategies Lead”, you will be leading the twin Nestlé Global strategies of Good for You (G4Y) and Good for Planet (G4P), the consumer facing Nestlé Brand and Global trends. You will also be responsible for evolving, embedding and enabling best practice in the execution of our strategies to accelerate good growth including marketing leadership on our new multibrand digital platform, Nestlé GoodNes.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Strategies Lead**
- Lead the development and evolution of Nestlé global strategies across the organization, driving G4Y and G4P in a consumer centric manner;
- Manage councils and Executive Board presentations to validate key strategic steps, working cross functionally with R&D, Corp Comms and the SBUs and Zones;
- Drive best practice sharing and embedding across the organization;
- Drive the strategic marketing approach of Nestlé's leading global digital service platform, including development of brand fundamentals, evolution of consumer services and go to Market communication and acquisition strategy, collaborating closely with the digital product team;
- Lead the evolution of Nestlé brand fundamentals, in line with consumer aspirations and develop brand growth and brand association strategies;
- Drive trends as a source of competitive advantage for Nestlé brands;
- Manage the implementation of Nestlé for Healthier Kids, scaling up Nestlé's ambition to transmit good nutrition and lifestyle habits to children across the globe;
- People management of 3 reports

**What will make you successful**
- Minimum 15 years of brand building position at Nestlé and/or in leading FMCG companies
- Excellent brand building skillset with strengths in both strategy and digital marketing excellence
- Proven skills working cross functionally and with senior leadership
- Ability to simplify and inspire across the organization
- Fluent in English
