For our SFP Team in PMI Duty Free we are looking for a Manager Heat not Burn Portfolio.

As the Manager Heat not Burn Portfolio, you'll manage duty-free projects within the Heat not Burn category. You'll design, plan, and implement portfolio and brand initiatives, collaborating across teams to maximize growth and profitability.

**You will**:

- Drive Strategy: Contribute to defining portfolio strategies for the Heat not Burn category, focusing on consumer needs, market dynamics, and innovative product initiatives.
- Plan & Execute: Develop winning regional strategies for new product launches, portfolio optimization, and innovation calendars, ensuring smooth implementation tailored to each market.
- Build Brands: Partner with teams across content, retail, CX, commercial strategy and deployment to create standout brand executions that elevate LANU consumer experiences and support global brand building efforts.
- Analyze & Innovate: Use data and insights to track performance, anticipate market trends, and refine strategies for growth in volume, share, and profitability.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams around the world to ensure seamless execution of initiatives that inspire consumers and achieve business goals.
- Create Exclusivity: Develop premium and exclusive offerings for traveling LANU consumers, including limited editions and unique packaging, to meet their unique needs.

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years managing portfolios in consumer goods, preferably with experience in the tobacco sector and Heat not Burn products. A history of success in matrix organizations or cross-functional project management is a plus. Commercial experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong financial and PMI business acumen, LANU consumer behavior insights, brand and portfolio management.
- Critical Behaviors: We’re seeking someone who is consumer-focused, adaptable, collaborative, innovative, and determined to overcome challenges. Agile, driven, builds trust and able to influence across teams.
- Language: Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
