Smood is the best food delivery service in Switzerland. The startup founded in Geneva in 2013 delivers in more than 25 major cities in Switzerland, such as Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and Basel. With more than 3 million orders delivered and to accelerate our strong growth, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to focus on the Front-end and Customers.

As a Product Designer, you will be integrated in our Product Department within the Product Design Team. You will be involved in our Human-Centred Design process by creating the digital products of our platforms throughout the entire product lifecycle. If you are a motivated Product Designer willing to bring your expertise to design the best in-class platform, donʼt hesitate to apply.

**Duties**
- Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to our stakeholders - Participate actively to UX research activities and design workshops
- Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency within our internal Design System - Work closely with development and business teams during projects
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma )
- You understand value of Design System like Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material or similar - Strongly organised, autonomous and details-oriented
- You are continuously up to date with the latest UX trends
- You have an understanding in latest Front-End technologies
- You have excellent communication skills

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio with examples of previous work including UX and UI design
- Passionate about solving design problems and developing unique visual solutions.
- Self-starter with ability to effectively manage time and multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Curious, open-minded, positive, enthusiastically collaborative and kind attitude with ability to work with an internal team.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and big plus French (or German).
