**Responsabilités**:

- Suivre et communiquer efficacement l'état d'avancement du projet et les métriques
- S'approprier le plan de développement de produit et communiquer les progrès
- Diriger et assurer la cadence de développement
- Rapports d'état pour votre projet et votre équipe
- Gérer la création des stories et du backlog
- Maintenir des processus pour garantir que la documentation, les rapports et les plans de gestion de projet soient pertinents, précis et complets
- Coaching, mentoring et partage d'informations au quotidien
- Partager votre connaissance des processus, des outils et des méthodologies avec les nouveaux chefs de produit

**Requirements**:

- 2 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion de produits numériques.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2 ou plus)
- La maîtrise de l’italien et/ou de l'allemand est un atout majeur
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision
- Expérience de travail au sein d'une équipe Agile par le passé
- Expérience des cadres, processus et outils de gestion de projet
- Aptitude à communiquer efficacement, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Excellentes aptitudes à la présentation et à la recherche de consensus
- Une personnalité flexible, motivée, très organisée et autonome
- Capacité à exceller dans un environnement de travail rapide, collaboratif et en constante évolution
- Un engagement fort à prendre en charge et à avoir un impact tout en fournissant des produits de qualité
- Solide compréhension des méthodologies Design Thinking et Lean Startup
- Une expérience dans l'architecture ou la programmation de logiciels est un atout
- Vous savez ce qu'est une API, vous comprenez la différence entre JSON et CSV, entre un float et un integer ? Rejoignez-nous
