**CONTEXT**

Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with strengths in jewelry, fine watches, and premium accessories. Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality, and craftsmanship. Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.

Within an international and multi-branded environment, **Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to**:

- Define and implement a global client service strategy.
- Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (repair platforms in 22 countries).

Group RCS department is currently opening a **Product Owner (PO) position to lead digitalization projects**.**

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
- Act as Product Owner for RCS strategic digitalization projects (Diagnostic, Repair process etc.):

- Clarify and align requirements with Maisons and CS platforms.
- Understand business needs and constraints, translate them into IT requirements.
- Arbitrate and define priorities with a comprehensive view of business and Maison priorities, backlog items, product strategy and development teams’ capacity.
- Animate the community of key users within Maisons, manufactures, CS platforms; ensure two-way communication and clear understanding of priorities / constraints.
- Manage the roadmap (products, Maisons) in line with Group RCS leadership, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful and timely deployment.
- Operate in an Agile fashion in collaboration with Group Technology team:

- Manage and prioritize product backlog and features.
- Write user stories and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprints).
- Collaborate with Group Technology “tech lead” who manages development teams.
- Help organize and run key user tests.
- Contribute to shaping the digitalization agenda for Richemont Customer Services.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**?
- B.Sc. or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- 5+ years of experience in projects / product management, consulting experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks (e.g., scrum, Kanban, sprints, product backlog, user stories, business value).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate in a multicultural and matrix environment, proactive and dynamic.
- Fluency in English, French preferred not mandatory.
- Familiar with IT architecture concepts (API & Integration), User Acceptance Tests (UAT), Release Management and Technical Support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel), knowledge of Confluence and Jira are a plus.
- Willingness to travel
