Motion Graphics Designer

Smood is the best food delivery service in Switzerland. The startup founded in Geneva in 2013 delivers in more than 25 major cities in Switzerland, such as Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich and Basel. With more than 3 million orders delivered and to accelerate our strong growth, we are looking for a Chief Product Officer to focus on the Front-end and Customers.

**Primary Duties**
- Conceptualize, art direct, and animate high end motion graphics for use in short form marketing and social media campaigns.
- Evolve and maintain the visual brand language of Smood.
- Develop templates (digital and printed) and maintain asset libraries for use across multiple projects.
- Oversee the design process from concept through final production.
- Position is Full Time and located in Geneva, Switzerland

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience
- High level of proficiency with Adobe After Effects
- High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge/experience in 3D and video editing (Premiere) skills a BIG plus
- Strong portfolio with examples of previous client work along with a solid reel demonstrating a strong sense of typography, design, animation (motion) and style frames.
- Passionate about solving design problems and developing unique visual solutions.
- Self-starter with ability to effectively manage time and multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and high attention to detail.
- Curious, open-minded, positive, enthusiastically collaborative and kind attitude with ability to work with an internal team.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English and big plus French (or German).
