We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Analytics & AI Platform team within the Technology and Operations Unit / Data Office section in Geneva. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing a custom data platform designed to provide autonomous and monitored access to internal data. This platform will be enhanced with AI-based solutions to empower employees and enable them to quickly test ideas, build proof-of-concept, and design dashboards tailored to their needs.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of web portal modules to make users self-sufficient in managing their data products.
  • Enhance and scale the AI-based solution to explore internal data.
  • Implement design systems and development best practices.
  • Ensure code quality and efficiency of development processes.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Excellent command of Angular (v17), JavaScript, and responsive web applications.
  • Good command of NodeJs, especially NestJS, and Java for scalable back-end development.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring modularity and scalability, in coordination with our UX/UI group initiatives.
  • Good command of one or more database management systems.
  • Keen interest in data and analytics.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Proficient in English and fluent in French.
  • Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.
