Our office in Zug manages all business in EMEA including origination, structuring, execution and transactions management. Our team members in the USA, EMEA and APJ have decades of experience in the channel finance, IT and banking industries.

**Job Summary**:
As a VP of Customer Care EMEA at WeFi International AG, you will drive the implementation and ongoing program management of WeFi’s innovative channel finance solutions for our EMEA clients. You will work with the broader team including Capital Markets, Legal, Treasury, Finance and IT in the development of the particular client program and its day-to-day operations. Being a team player is key, who enjoys being hands-on in a fast-paced and fun environment. You will have dual reporting lines to USA based General Manager of Global Portfolios and Zug based SVP in WeFi International AG.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the start and operations of EMEA financing portfolios with the help of relationship managers, who will be reporting to you
- Actively participate and often lead the communication with portfolio resellers, vendors and funders (travel required) for new and existing programs
- Contribute to the evaluation, structuring and execution of new transactions within the portfolio
- Implement and oversee a robust operational process for all program aspects - fundings, repayments, disputes, late payments, credit limit increases, etc.
- Have lead responsibility for compliance and credit reviews of new and existing program portfolios, which assesses financial performance, leverage, key risk factors, repayment sources, cash flows, management, and risk ratings
- Train relationship managers to manage the day-to-day program operations efficiently and additionally to perform underwriting functions and credit analysis
- Provide coaching and mentoring of relationship managers
- Remain current on policy, procedures, and compliance guidelines and incorporate them in the daily work of your team and your role
- Complete periodic professional development training as scheduled

**Required Qualifications**:

- University degree in economics, finance or other relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Channel Finance, Supply Chain Finance and international markets
- 5+ years of Programs Management experience
- 3 - 5 years management experience
- 3+ years credit analysis and underwriting experience
- Languages (fluency in English is a must and at least one other major European language)
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
