**Global Launch Lead**

This position is reporting to the Vice President Finance and Commercial Excellence, Rare Disease, and can be based in Zurich, Switzerland or Copenhagen, Denmark.

**The Position**

As the Global Launch Lead, you will be responsible for global launch excellence for our Rare Endocrine Disorders (RED) portfolio, starting with the exciting launch of Sogroya®. You will be co-creating the launch approach with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders for our key markets across the globe and driving related key, strategic projects. You will drive the roll out planning for RED product launches, developing strategies to maximise speed to market, as well as defining the global and local ambitions. You will also be responsible to drive the launch reviews with the markets and for developing metrics and KPIs to measure ready-to-launch and post-launch impact.

As customer engagement preferences and therapeutic solution offerings continue to evolve, it is expected that you will ensure the launch approach is continuously updated and reviewed to take advantage of new opportunities in this space incl Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) or digital therapeutic services. As the Global Launch Lead, you will facilitate the sharing of new learnings and best practises, across the markets and functions.

In addition, you may support the Vice President Finance and Commercial Excellence on ad hoc projects related to launch excellence when assessing business development or licencing opportunities.

**Qualifications**

We imagine you have obtained a Masters’ degree within business administration or a similar field. You have gained several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a global organisation, working in Sales or Marketing and with a track record of successfully driving new product launches across multiple regions. You’re analytical and strategic thinking allows you to set direction, translate insights into tactics and measure the impact of launch activities.

You thrive in lean, agile environments where there is the opportunity to carry out strategic and hands-on work. Your ability to successfully navigate complex cross-functional and cross-regional organisations enables you to build relationships colleagues from different backgrounds with ease and influence senior stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator, able to drive change and fluent in English, orally and in writing.
