About the job
- Managing the global S&OE business process for our B2C business across the full Swarovski Crystal Business end-to-end value chain, with a strong focus on execution. By doing so, play an important role in achieving our business goals and financial targets
- Balancing short-term demand and supply, manage related service levels and KPIs towards agreed standards in collaboration with various stakeholders
- Hosting and governing the B2C S&OE global meetings, coordinating, and governing the regional S&OE meetings, highlighting, addressing S&OP risks/opportunities, and define measures to resolve constraints to mid-term, operational, and financial objectives.
- Working in conjunction with the operations, sales, marketing, and controlling teams to ensure the delivery of a robust short-term demand plan and forecast, incl. all product-life-cycle aspects like launch of new products, depletion management, promotions, etc.
- Ensuring the S&OE drumbeat and overall quality of the global process across the end-to-end value chain.
- Developing the S&OE process (maturity evolution) further into a globally integrated planning process that is fully aligned with the strategy, financial planning and innovations roadmap.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the S&OP/E stakeholders, all relevant functions, and peers.
- Support in optimizing the operations and performance towards consumers and targets by adequate orchestration and utilization.
- Govern and drive the RDC (Regional Distribution Centers) inventory healthiness, incl. the coordination/activation of slow-moving stock
- Coordinate the input for the monthly SCM KPI Meeting, escalate potential issues and steer improvement measures.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- University degree, preferably in finance, supply chain, planning, or any other relevant education
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international, vertically integrated setting
- Strong analytical and collaboration skills, with a holistic view on all aspects driving the short-to-mid-term business development
- Proficient in English (both in oral and in written), presentation, and communication skills; German language is a plus
- Experience in Sales & Operations planning, with a solid understanding on overall Supply Chain Management and forecasting
- A good understanding in Finance and Accounting with a focus on Operations, and working capital (inventories)
- Team orientation, cross-functional mindset, and ability to work and interface effectively with all levels of the organization
- Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
- Senior appearance, self-driven, independent, and organized work style, open to change, resilient, used to work in virtual teams, and consumer-centric
