**Your role**
- Are you well organized and can connect with both business and IT stakeholders at various management levels so that the change organization focuses on the right priorities? Can you dive into the depths of details and still maintain a broad strategic perspective? Do you still see the forest where others are lost in the trees?
- We’re looking for a portfolio manager for our Global Wealth Management Switzerland & International (GWM S&I) change portfolio management team to:
- Manage key GWM S&I change portfolio processes such as portfolio setup, portfolio monitoring and portfolio planning in alignment with the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes
- Establish transparency on the agile delivery roadmaps and relevant business plans and collaborate with our IT colleagues to establish portfolio and stream/crew-level cost transparency
- Drive the GWM S&I change portfolio planning process in accordance with Group requirements
- Support GWM S&I benefit tracking and initiative management concepts
- Drive the transition to product-based funding including alignment between portfolio and stream/crew levels

**Your expertise**
- University degree preferably in banking, finance or science/technology
- At least 4 years of experience in the finance industry or consulting (for financial services)
- Ideally, experience in agile delivery and agile governance methods
- Strong flair for numbers and an affinity for deriving insights from facts & figures
- Precise, yet easy to understand, senior-management-oriented communication in spoken and written German and English
- Adept at interacting with senior business and IT stakeholders
- Energetic and results-oriented, yet also engaging, mediating personality with a healthy balance between tenacity and pragmatism
