Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung in Zürich für unsere Organisation mit rund 100 Mitarbeitenden in der Schweiz und 100 Mitarbeitenden im Ausland eine/n Finance Manager, 100%.

Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Optimierung des Jahresabschlusses nach Swiss GAP FER inkl. Bilanz
- und Erfolgsrechnung sowie der Quartalsabschlüsse
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der ERP Software MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations und Pflege der Stammdaten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling bei der Erstellung von Budgets, Forecast sowie Reportings und Analysen
Durchführung von Kontoanalysen und Kontoabstimmungen sowie das Klären von Differenzen
Erarbeitung eines vertieften Verständnisses von Buchungslogiken und den zugrunde liegenden Geschäftsprozessen
Ansprechpartner für die Aussenstellen (Swiss Business Hubs) und Überwachung der Finanztransaktionen inkl. Abklärungen mit EDA-Finanzen
Erstellung, Überprüfung der MWST-Abrechnungen In
- und Ausland
Liquiditätsplanung inklusive Sicherstellung der Liquidität in USD und EUR
Mitarbeit bei der externen Revision
Ansprechperson für vielfältige Anliegen von Kunden und Fachbereichen
Stellvertreterfunktion für die Eingabe der Lohndaten und Aufbereitung des Lohnlaufes sowie der Sozialversicherungsabrechnungen
Ihr Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich
Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
Controllingerfahrung von Vorteil
Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations und generelle IT-Affinität Teamplayer und bedachtsam im Umgang mit dynamischen und komplexen Situationen
Zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte analytische und vernetzte Denkweise
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Tableau BI von Vorteil
Gute Englischkenntnisse
