**Sales Manager E-mobility Switzerland 80-100% (m/w/d)**:

As a Head of Sales E-mobility Switzerland, you will drive the sales performance of the entire EV Charging Portfolio in Switzerland, specifying and implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with global strategy. You will lead and coach the local sales organization to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them
- Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence to marketing and sales
- Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including post-sale
- Conducting contract risk assessments and working closely with relevant parties to mitigate risks
- Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration

**Your background**:

- Five years of experience in direct sales and sales management, working as sales engineer or sales manager with AC and DC EV Charging products in the individual and fleet mobility markets
- Track record and working experience in relevant areas
- Sound knowledge of charging infrastructure or smart energy solutions and of the E-Mobility market
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Experience in business & engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other with a proven understanding for or interest in new technology
- Basic Project management skills
- Fluent in German and English, French skills beneficial
