Crans Montana, Schweiz Loro Piana Vollzeit

The Supervisor builds long-lasting relationships with customers, promotes the Brand, and develops Loro Piana business through optimization of the defined Category sales. He/she supports the Store Manager: (i) in optimizing the overall sales performance of the store (ii) in motivating the team and acting as SM when needed (iii) in ensuring that the Company guidelines are well implemented, particularly those related to cash management and administrative tasks.

**Sales and business development**
- Is active in selling all Loro Piana products and achieves sales targets
- Is a reference for the store team in terms of sales performance, selling ceremony (Galateo) and grooming
- Supports the Store Manager in the analysis of the store KPI’s (retail equation, product categories ), collects feedback from clients/team, proposes and contributes to the implementation of action plans to improve the store performance

**Team management**
- Supports the Store Manager in the creation of a positive working environment and high team’s motivation (briefing, team animation on the floor, individual discussion )
- In close relationship with the SM, supervises the team’s activities, organizes them optimally, acts as the SM when he/she is away
- Contributes to the development of the team selling skills, gets/gives continuous feedbacks on the floor, trains and coaches/mentors
- Ensures that the customer service is in line with the Company standards of excellence and that all the internal procedures are well implemented

**Client management and CRM**
- Guarantees and actively participates in managing customer relations, ensuring an high level of satisfaction, coordinating the store team and implementing guidelines set by the Store Manager

**BOH and Operation**
- Knows the administrative and organizational procedures and oversees their proper execution, directly or by delegation. Particularly, supports the SM in all the cash management, personnel administration and after-sales operations.
- Directly manages the store maintenance and IT coordination (all tools operational, always)
- In close relationship with the stock controller, ensures that all the stock management procedures are well in place

**Profile**:

- “Above average” commercial track record and excellent presentation (“LP sales ambassador”)
- Very good leadership, communication, team animation, and project management skills.
- Ability to take responsibilities, autonomy, reliability and rigor in execution.
- Ability to work effectively with retail software (MS Office, SAP etc ). Good analytical skills a plus.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
