**eMine Global Sales Manager**:

As a eMine Global Sales Manager you will develop and drive the global transformation strategy of eMine with its customers for the Mining. You will be responsible for defining business models to achieve the financial and qualitative targets. Collaborate with all the LDs to support them in their leads. You will maintain all relationship with alliances with specifically suppliers.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Works together with counterparts to make optimization plan for the local division to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales and execution process.
- Builds long-term and sustainable customer relationships, and prioritizes the work according to the defined criteria, to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify new business opportunities,including new markets, growth areas, trends, new miners, new partnerships
- or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Sustainability stream, Manage and support process of customer emissions reduction in mining fleets and support customer in “carbon reduction” strategies with eMine solutions.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events mainly on eMine topic.
- Develops in collaboration with PL and regularly updates a comprehensive business development plan, with
- targeted goals, objectives, methods, quantifiable outcomes and timelines to achieve sustainability and annual budget goals.
- Guide and coach technically/commercially local sales team.
- Prepare plan to develop local sales capabilities. Support operation to develop engineering/service local capabilities
- Define, together with proposal team, best technical/commercial solution for each eMine opportunity.

**Your background**:

- 10+ years’ experience in Mining Sales both electrification and A&D. Experience to lead bigger capture teams globally.
- Proven track record in customer focus, consultative selling, driving results and turning opportunities in sales successes
- Degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in driving bigger sales opportunities on for complex global organizations, ideally in a B2B environment (Process, Energy, software, technology, automation)
- Deep Experience in the industrial environment; Division-specific industry exposure (industrial automation/power products/ ) experience and background in the industrial domain of Mining
- Excellent networking skills matured in a highly international organization, “leading by influence”
- Change management experience is a strong plus
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel internationally as required
