**Your role**
- Can you identify key opportunities to develop sales growth? Do you have a proven track record of engaging Front Staff to generate ideas and help them growing the client books? Do you want to go the extra mile in supporting us drive the sales agenda?
- We’re looking for a sales manager to:
- deliver a seamless and focused sales process aimed at achieving UBS GWM Europe’s strategic initiatives and profitable growth
- drive the alignment of client’s portfolios to the UBS House view by partnering-up with Client Advisors, Advisory teams and Product specialists to spot opportunities and link them to the relevant solutions
- own to the internal sales communication process, ensuring its messages are consistent and engaging
- implement systematic processes to improve our sales effectiveness
- assess and identify trends to enhance our offering, market positioning and advance sales goals
- support product teams on pipeline initiatives and managers on market growth potential

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Sales Management team in Zurich. Our team is responsible for supporting the growth strategy of Wealth Management Europe. You’ll play an important role in helping the sales teams to develop and grow their client books, collaborating with Client Advisors and Product Specialists to provide a seamless sales process.

**Your expertise**
- 3 -5 years experience in an investment, sales, trading, product development role
- knowledge of Banking solutions and products
- strong conceptual, analytical and data handling skills, particularly with MS Excel
- solid presentation skills with the ability to communicate in public
- proactive, critical thinker with a collaborative personality
- intellectually curious and up-to-date with the latest trends in the financial markets
- strong planner with no problem delivering against tight deadlines
- native in Italian and fluent in English. French and Spanish are considered a plus
