**Your tasks**: Lead of the R&D and Application Engineering Department - Drive the innovation pipeline
in “Fiber Technology” - aligned with business development needs - Ownership of the product
development pipeline, from raw material sourcing to industrialized production process and the
specification of the finished product - Definition, planning and execution of projects for internal and
knowledge of microfibrillated cellulose - People leadership of the R&D team - Participation in projects
in production, quality and business development - Lead of the IP Management within Fiber Technology
technical aspects of microfibrillated cellulose products at customers, suppliers and conferences
**Your qualifications**: Master in Natural Sciences (i.e. Materials science, Chemistry or Physics), 3-5yr
experience in a producing industry i.e. chemicals and materials - Experience in leading a R&D team
successfully - Strong analytical skills combined with a very structured way of technical problems solving
- A solid technical knowledge of fillers and additives in emulsions and mixtures is an advantage - Solid
knowledge of industrial quality and manufacturing processes and requirements - People leader skills
- Proficiency in project management - Clear and efficient communication style - Excellent English skills,
