We are now looking for a leader, who shares our values and want to shape the future together with us. The position as Head Infrastructure Services will be placed at our headquarter in Rapperswil-Jona.

**MAIN TASKS**:
As Head Infrastructure Services, you will work in a highly qualified team, in a very innovative IT environment and in an equally exciting and diverse environment. The tasks in this position include:

- Group-wide responsibility for IT infrastructure including e.g., network, servers, support, and IT security related to the area
- Responsibility for strategic and operational topics e.g., architecture, processes, projects, operations and life cycle management.
- Member of the IT Executive Management team and responsible for staff, consultants and budget over several countries and sites.
- Close cooperation and coordination with the other IT areas

**PROFILE**:
You have an IT education in a technical or business direction (e.g., Business Informatics). In addition, the following points distinguish you:

- Several years distinct leadership experience in the IT infrastructure environment in an international environment
- Sound experience in the IT infrastructure environment relevant to the job (e.g., helpdesk, data center, WAN/LAN, security, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Communicative, initiates and maintains international contacts with relevant business managers
- Solution-, service
- and goal-oriented team player
- Fluent in German and English
