Tasks
  • Building scalable, secure and robust architecture and infrastructure
  • Development of AI agents: Design and implementation of intelligent agents for specific payroll use cases, such as
  • Automatic extraction and processing of data from documents (e.g. contracts, policies).
  • Automated routing, prioritization and resolution of service requests.
  • Support for employees through personalized responses (e.g. “Payslip GPT”).AI agent infrastructures that can be seamlessly integrated into the existing service.
  • Automation of workflows: Identification and implementation of automation opportunities, e.g. in data exchange with authorities, insurance companies and other stakeholders.
  • Integration into the payroll service: Collaboration with the engineering and product team to optimally integrate AI agents into the platform and processes.
  • Performance monitoring: Development of feedback and learning mechanisms for AI agents to continuously improve their accuracy and effectiveness
Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Sound knowledge of machine learning, NLP and data engineering.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python or R
  • Experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn and with communities such as Hugging Face.
  • Knowledge of processing structured and unstructured data (e.g. OCR, computer vision, ETL processes).
  • Experience in API integration and system interoperability.
  • Experience in AI-based workflow automation with tools such as UIPath or Skyvern is an advantage

Hands-on experience:

  • Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in real business processes
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks and deploying machine learning models at scale

Soft Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Communication skills to convey complex technical solutions in an understandable way.

Education and experience:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in HR tech, FinTech or B2B SaaS.
