**What You Will Be Doing**
- You will be reporting directly to the top management
- Co-develop and execute the global business development strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall growth objectives and market dynamics
- Lead the identification and coordination of strategic partnerships and alliances to further expand the company’s global presence
- Work hand in hand with Regional Sales Directors to initiate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, clients, government entities, and regulatory bodies, to foster collaboration and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with peers across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, Design and Production Organization to ensure alignment and seamless execution of global business development initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, global economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact business development strategies, proactively adjusting plans as needed
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership within the global market
- Coordinate and support the elaboration of customer proposals and tender responses
- Own the Global Sales Pipeline reporting process
- Manages: 1-3 direct reports

**What You Bring To The Job**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Many years of experience in business development and sales of complex products/solutions in the aviation or unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) field
- Track record of sales to public safety and/or law enforcement entities
- International experience with go to market strategies, definition and implementation from scratch on
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing strategic partnerships, expanding into new markets, or driving international business growth
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and negotiate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including at C-level
- Strong networker and team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive
- The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
- Travel Requirements20-40%, International. Duration of stay: 1 week
- En: C2 - Proficient

**Nice-to-Haves**
- A Master’s degree, as well as an Engineering background, are a plus
- Knowledge of UAV regulations is an advantage
- Experience with corporate and/or public domain customers
- Leadership experience
- Ge: B2 - Upper Intermediate
