We are currently looking to recruit a EMEA and LATAM Communications Director. Based anywhere in Europe and reporting to the Communications Director International, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies/plans focused on communications management, customer satisfaction, executive counseling and business performance.

**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Creates, manages and executes communication strategies and tactics in support of business objectives.
- Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies.
- Counsels and collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, to execute strategies/plans that meet business needs.
- Develops effective messaging strategies to support the needs of the business in conjunction with internal and/or external resources.
- Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication measurement against objectives and deliverables.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors and Advanced degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Very fluent English required; Spanish speaking capability is a strong plus.
- 12+ years experience in related field, preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience, preferred.

- Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Assists in the development of functional strategy
- Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
- Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
- Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships
