**_Director of Marketing Skin Health EMEA Franchise_**
- The Director of Marketing Skin Health EMEA Franchise is a key leadership role within the Skin Health Franchise organization. This is a pivotal role leading strategy, brand equity and innovation development in EMEA for a portfolio of iconic brands and will have responsibility for leading a team of 6 direct and indirect reports. This position reports to the Senior Director Skin Health EMEA and will be based in Zug, Switzerland. _
- The Director will be primarily responsible for accelerating the _NEUTROGENA® and AVEENO® _brands across EMEA, with oversight of a portfolio of other local and global brands, with accountability for development of new product innovation adapted for lead markets such as U.K and Germany. The role includes delivery of regional rollouts of new products, technologies, and benefit platforms, and brand geographic expansion. In addition, this person will support the local marketing teams to activate innovation with customers, consumers and HCPs and build brand equity to contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets. _
- Specifically, the Director will:_
- _Lead the innovation and equity building for_ _NEUTROGENA® and AVEENO® brands with deep understanding of local lead market financial plan, market needs, consumer fundamentals and customer KPIs_
- _Develop close partnership with EMEA commercial leaders and global cross functional teams_
- _Gain local insight / market intimacy to design plans to meet local operating plan goals_
- _Partner with local teams on strategic priorities and deliver 3-year innovation pipeline sufficiency_
- _Pioneer use of big data and agile tools to generate powerful consumer insights for innovation_
- _Co-create innovation with consumers, HCPs, KOLS and key customers to win in market_
- _Oversee project teams, partnering w/ R&D, supply chain, PMO, CBI, Packaging and Design to conceptualize, research, develop and deliver new product initiatives _
- _Define the pipeline plan for adapt markets in EMEA, sourcing from APAC lead market and US innovation initiatives for NEUTROGENA®, AVEENO® and a portfolio of smaller brands to meet local business sufficiency needs _
- _Partner on local market initiatives including commercial innovation, sustainability and driving brand profitability agenda, with CIP, RGM, strategic portfolio and pricing recommendations_
- _Develop and deploy proven playbooks for Skin Health brands in and out of EMEA markets and develop communications, science and content assets as needed to support innovation and brand equity development._
- The Director will share ownership of EMEA Skin Health P&L, brand equity and innovation goals,_ _with a strong working knowledge of local business dynamics and shared ownership of activities that drive monthly business performance (NTS and Share). He/she will operate with agility, curiosity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to innovate, learn, and champion best practices deployment. This person will be responsible for creating a high-performance environment and culture of collaboration and innovation with cross functional partners and marketing counterparts in the US, EMEA, AP region and locally. In addition, this person will have responsibility for coaching and developing their direct and indirect report team.**Qualifications**
- A BA degree is required. Master in business or marketing specialization preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience is required. Skin Health or Beauty category experience is preferred.
- Experience marketing in a digital world, (i.e., social media, e-commerce, analytics, on-line) is required.
- Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross functional teams is required.
- Demonstrated track record of people development and leadership is required
- Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required.
- Experience in successful partnership with R&D organizations to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant brand messaging is required.
- Proven success in developing strategic agency partnerships to build long term brand health and business.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to travel up to 10% is required, or equivalent out of working hours meetings to meet global time zones.
