**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with game developers, publishers, and other relevant entities.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
- Represent CrazyGames at industry events and conferences worldwide, networking with potential partners, game developers, publishers, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners, facilitating effective communication and ensuring successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.

**Key Outcomes**:

- Within 1 month, gain a comprehensive understanding of the CrazyGames platform and existing partnerships, and actively participate in partnership strategy discussions.
- Within 3 months, you become a major PoC to external developers and publishers.
- Within 6 months, you have secured significant partnership agreements contributing to business growth and expansion.
- Within 12 months, you have built a robust portfolio of strategic partnerships, leading to increased user engagement and revenue generation.

- You have at least 3 years of business development experience in the gaming industry.
- You know industry events and have a good network of contacts.
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- You have a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
- You are strategic and analytical, able to identify market trends and assess potential partnership opportunities.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You have a passion for the gaming industry and a good understanding of the browser games market.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills are a plus.
