On a typical day you might:

- Find improvements to our **existing game catalog**, implement and evaluate them
- ** Source new games** to add to our catalog
- Propose proven **game concepts** to develop and write out GDDs
- Contact and manage **studios to partner with** on the game development side
- ** Update or port games **and integrate various SDKs into games with external support
- Work with external publishers and actively manage different **external platforms**
- Launch new games and dive deep into the **metrics**
- Evaluate **monetization** and **UA** opportunities

Reach out if:

- You are intelligent, efficient, and above all entrepreneurial. You don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and **getting things done **without close supervision.
- You have a **(web) gaming background**, with a solid understanding of a wide range of less technical topics (having a holistic view of all the steps from ideation, development, launch, to tracking metrics of a game and so on), while able to manage and work closely with external partners for the more technical implementation.
- You have at least **3 years** of **game publishing**, **product management**, or **closely related business experience**.
- You like open, efficient, and to-the-point **communication** and you have experience in** working remotely**.
- You have a good gut feeling for **what makes people play (casual) games **and you’re able to **use data **to support/challenge it.
- You have a **network of potential game development partners** to rely on (or are not shy to build one from scratch).
